Project Overview

LOGE Camps selected Cadoava to deliver full sitework and underground utilities for their flagship Glacier National Park property — one of the most scenic and logistically demanding sites we've worked on. The project required precision coordination in a remote mountain environment where weather windows are narrow and supply chains are long.

The Challenge

Remote access to the Essex corridor required careful pre-mobilization planning. All materials were staged well in advance to avoid delays during the short construction window. Environmental sensitivity near Glacier National Park set strict standards for erosion control, water management, and site disturbance limits.

Scope of Work

• Mass grading and site preparation for the full LOGE Camps footprint
• Domestic water, sanitary sewer, and storm drainage installation
• Stormwater management and erosion control systems
• Utility trench coordination for electrical and gas infrastructure
• Road base and parking area grading
• Final grading and site restoration to meet NPS adjacency standards
