Project Overview

Cadoava delivered the full sitework package for LOGE Camps' Missoula location — a fast-growing outdoor hospitality brand expanding across the Mountain West. The project demanded aggressive scheduling through a compressed construction season while coordinating with LOGE's design and operations teams.

The Challenge

The Missoula site required sequenced utility work in phases to maintain access for adjacent property owners throughout construction. Compressed timelines from ownership meant early mobilization and overlapping crews across multiple scopes — sitework, grading, and utility installation — executed simultaneously.
