Project Overview

A complex, multi-property sitework engagement spanning three historic Mendocino hotel assets under common ownership. Cadoava managed underground utility upgrades and site improvements across all three properties while maintaining full guest operations — one of the most operationally demanding projects in our portfolio.

The Challenge

Three active hospitality properties operating simultaneously with zero tolerance for guest disruption. Cadoava developed phased work plans for each property, maintained continuous access to guest facilities, and coordinated utility shutdowns during off-peak hours to minimize impact on hotel operations.
