Pinetop LOGE Camps Cabins

Cabin Village
Grading
Utilities
Arizona

Project Overview

LOGE Camps engaged Cadoava to build out their Pinetop, Arizona cabin village — a precision grading and utility project set in the ponderosa pine forests of Arizona's White Mountains. The wooded site required careful grading to preserve mature trees while creating level building pads for each individual cabin structure.

The Challenge

Preserving the existing tree canopy while grading individual cabin pads required hand-work in sensitive areas and precision equipment operation between established pines. Each cabin pad required independent utility connections — water, sewer, and power — multiplying the trench scope across the full site.

Scope of Work

  • Individual cabin pad grading and leveling
  • Tree protection zone establishment and enforcement
  • Underground utility installation to each cabin (water, sewer, electrical conduit)
  • Sanitary sewer collection system to central connection
  • Road base grading for interior site circulation
  • Erosion and sediment control in forested environment
