Project Overview

A new commercial wellness destination in South Jordan. Cadoava self-performed the sitework package — mass grading the building pad and parking, installing site utilities, and placing concrete flatwork — turning a raw commercial lot into a build-ready site for the day spa, on the GC's schedule.

The Challenge

A commercial pad in an active South Jordan retail corridor leaves little room for error: the building pad and parking had to hit tight grade tolerances, the sub-base had to be compacted and drained correctly so the slabs and pavement last, and the work had to stay sequenced with the general contractor and adjacent businesses throughout.

Scope of Work

• Mass grading and compaction of the building pad and parking areas
• Site utility installation — water, sanitary sewer, and storm drainage
• Concrete flatwork, curb, and site improvements
• Drainage and slope correction across the lot
• Dust and erosion control during earthwork
• Final grading to build-ready tolerances for the GC
